The Coca-Cola product exclusive to Costa Rica

A pre-pandemic trip of mine to Atlanta included a visit to the “World of Coca-Cola,” a museum that has a tasting area featuring Coke products from across the world.
In that exhibit sits a sign that reads as follows: Did you know that Fanta Kolita is available exclusively in Costa Rica?
Dear reader, I must admit I did not know that. Until that life-changing visit to the World of Coca-Cola, I assumed all 7 billion of us humans had access to the sweet deliciousness of Fanta Kolita.
What is Fanta Kolita, you ask? As the name suggests, it’s flavored like “kolita,” a syrupy red drink that Wikipedia helpfully notes tastes like “a mix of tutti-frutti, vanilla and bubble gum.” Coca-Cola describes it as such:

The kolita flavor is popular across Latin America, but especially in Costa Rica. The syrup is used to make a traditional cold treat: the granizado or copo, comprising shaved ice and condensed and powdered milk, all bathed in kola roja.
Fanta Kolita, a carbonated version of the kolita flavor made by Coca-Cola, has existed in Costa Rica since at least the 1980s. It continues to be made and sold here exclusively, with occasional limited-edition returns to El Salvador.
And, of course, it’s available at the World of Coca-Cola, the surprising location where you can enjoy a taste of Costa Rica from the United States.
